Any email correspondence that may be neccessary to create your customized product for social media is kept confidential and is never shared with a third party.

Our Applications:
We only request the data from Facebook that is needed to operate and create your customized page application. We do not store or "cache" any of your data.

Responsibilities
If your application collects names. emails, addresses, phone numbers, etc., via "opt-in" method, you are responsible for how that content is utilized and it is understood that Custom Page Designs, LLC is not responsible in any way.

To enhance the user experience, Facebook does, from time to time, update their platform and occasionally those updates effect the layout / display of a customized design. Although we do everything we can to accommodate our customers when these changes occur, it is understood that we are not responsible for how these changes / updates effect the display of customized designs and may require a reasonable fee, as needed, to create the re-designed element(s).

We are not responsible for and do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents of or your use of the Facebook site. If your content is deemed objectionable or against the Facebook terms of service, we reserve the right to delete it with or without notice.

Disclosure
Custom Page Designs, LLC may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

Policy Changes
Custom Page Designs, LLC reserves the right to update and change this agreement from time to time, as needed, without notice.
