Custom Page Designs, LLC does not collect or store any digital data other than your email address & name that you voluntarily submit when inquiring about our services. Any email correspondence that may be necessary to create your customized design is kept confidential and is never shared with a third party.

Cookies:
We do not utilize cookies to record any session information or tracking information. However, all social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Plus, etc., do utilize cookies for whatever purpose they deem is necessary and is totally un-related to our activity.

Our Facebook Page Apps: We only request the data from Facebook that is needed to operate and create your customized page application. We do not store or "cache" any of your data.

Responsibilities:
If your application or landing page collects names. emails, addresses, phone numbers, etc., via "opt-in" method, you are responsible for how that content is utilized and it is understood that Custom Page Designs, LLC does NOT condone "spamming", "phishing" or any other type of email abuse.  

We are not responsible for and do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents of or your use of the page apps or landing pages. If your content is deemed objectionable or illegal, we reserve the right to delete it with or without notice.

Social Media Platforms & Our Custom Designs:
To enhance the user experience, most social media platforms do, from time to time, update their platform and occasionally those updates affect the layout / display of a customized design. Although we do everything we can to accommodate our customers when these changes occur, it is understood that we are not responsible for how these changes / updates affect the display of customized designs and may require a reasonable fee, as needed, to create the re-designed element(s). We are not responsible for and do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents of or your use of the any social media platform.

Disclosure:
Custom Page Designs, LLC may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

Policy Changes:
Custom Page Designs, LLC reserves the right to update and change this agreement from time to time, as needed, without notice.
